چکیده
ABSTRACT. A simple analytical method for the extraction and determination of three β-lactam antibiotics in chicken tissues feather samples was developed validated using solid phase (SPE) liquid chromatography-ultraviolet, LC-UV, detection. The analytes were extracted with strong anion exchange (SAX) cartridges extract clean-up enrichment before introduction into LC system. validation carried out based on recommendations from Commission Decision 2002/657/EC. Under optimised conditions, proposed offers correlation coefficients r2 ≥ 0.9991 all studied both matrices. Percent recovery results found to vary between 79.7-101.8% 94.2-101.6% feathers tissues, respectively, relative standard deviation, RSD < 8.4%. limits detection (LOD) range 0.1-0.13 µg kg-1 0.1-0.15 while quantification (LOQ) 0.3-0.38 0.3-4.5 respectively. good sensitivity selectivity demonstrating that would be widely used other trace level residues having similar physical chemical properties matrices varying origins.

Solid-Phase Extraction and Simultaneous Determination of Tetracycline Residues in Edible Cattle Tissues Using an HPLC-FL Method
In this assay, edible cattle tissues from local markets of Ardabil, a Province of Iran, were examined for residues of tetracycline antibiotics (tetracycline, oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline). In total, 110 samples of triceps, gluteal muscle, diaphragm, kidney and liver were randomly obtained from the local markets of the city of Ardabil. Solid-phase extraction (SPE) and high-performance l...

متن کاملDetermination of tetracycline antibiotic residues in edible swine tissues by liquid chromatography with spectrofluorometric detection and confirmation by mass spectrometry.
A sensitive and specific method is described for the simultaneous determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline (TC), and chlortetracycline residues in edible swine tissues, by combining liquid chromatography with spectrofluorometric and mass spectrometry detection. The procedure involved a preliminary extraction with EDTA-McIlvaine buffer acidified at pH 4.0, followed by solid-phase extractio...
متن کاملDetermination of amoxicillin residues in animal tissues by solid-phase extraction and liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection.
Trace levels of amoxicillin residues were determined in animal tissues by liquid chromatography (LC) with fluorescence detection. An improved solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure requiring less flammable solvent (diethyl ether) was developed for sample preparation. Muscle samples of beef, pork, chicken, and tilapia were extracted with a phosphate buffer followed by the modified SPE procedure ...
متن کاملDetermination of tilmicosin residues in chicken, cattle, swine, and sheep tissues by liquid chromatography.
A method was developed and validated for determination and quantitation of tilmicosin residues in swine, cattle, and sheep edible tissues, as well as chicken fat, skin, and muscle over a concentration range of 0.025 microg/g-20 microg/g. For chicken kidney and liver, the method was validated over a range of 0.060 microg/g-20 microg/g. The tissue sample was extracted with methanol and a C18 cart...
